1. Acceptance
By using Dsport you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
Dsport is a platform that connects fitness coaches and trainers with clients. It provides tools for managing bookings, schedules, payments, and communication.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Dsport reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Coach Responsibilities
Coaches are independent professionals. Dsport is not responsible for the quality or outcome of coaching services. Coaches must comply with applicable local laws and professional standards.
5. Bookings and Payments
Payments are processed through Dsport's integrated payment system. Refund and cancellation policies are set by individual coaches. Dsport is not liable for payment disputes between coaches and clients.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not post false information, harass other users, attempt to circumvent platform security, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software are owned by Dsport. Users may not reproduce or redistribute platform content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dsport provides the platform "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
